Starting 10 September 2007 Home Information Packs (including Energy Performance Certificates) will be required for the sale of properties with three or more bedrooms.
Starting 1 August 2007, Home Information Packs (including Energy Performance Certificates) will be required for the sale of properties with four or more bedrooms.
